Meet Dr. Eden MacGregor

Meet Dr. Eden MacGregor

Dr. Eden MacGregor has been serving the Elk Valley with trusted chiropractic care since 2001. After graduating with a BSc in Biology from the University of Lethbridge in 1997, Dr. MacGregor pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where she graduated in 2001. Shortly thereafter, she moved to Fernie to immerse herself in the mountain lifestyle and set down roots in the community. Dr. MacGregor initially opened Sparwood Chiropractic, where she practiced for 14 years before deciding to focus her practice solely in Fernie to be closer to her family.

Community-Focused Care

Community-Focused Care

Dr. MacGregor brings a unique perspective to her practice as a dedicated chiropractor and a mother of three. She understands the physical demands placed on parents and active individuals, which fuels her commitment to helping people of all ages achieve their health and wellness goals. Her experience spans across patient demographics, from infants and children to seniors, tailoring her care to suit each individual’s needs.

A Holistic Approach to Chiropractic

A Holistic Approach to Chiropractic

Dr. MacGregor uses a blend of manual techniques, primarily hands-on adjustments, to address musculoskeletal concerns. For patients who prefer alternative approaches or when specific conditions require it, she also incorporates the activator tool — a spring-loaded device that enables precise, gentle adjustments. Additionally, Dr. MacGregor is trained in Active Release Technique (ART), allowing her to address muscle-related pain and tension effectively. Her approach emphasizes the connection between the body’s muscular and skeletal systems, helping patients find relief, improved function, and a greater sense of balance.
